There are times in most of our lives where we face difficulties and challenges that we find hard to cope with. We may feel depressed, stressed, anxious, isolated, or want to explore and untangle past experiences that continue to impact today. Also, we may have issues with addictive behaviours and addiction to substances. In these times, we may benefit from a helping hand to support us meet these challenges and, in doing so, find a different way of thinking, viewing and managing.

It is nearly 20 years that I have worked in different mental health settings, from crisis situations to addiction. I learned many psychological approaches to do my best in my professional life.
